　　中国国际医药卫生有限公司（简称“国药国际”）是国药集团全资子公司，肩负着集团发展国际医药经营和医疗健康产业的战略使命。

　　国药国际与100多个国家和地区建立商贸联系，在日本、中国香港、越南、印度、迪拜、乌克兰、厄瓜多尔、牙买加设立了海外分支机构；在缅甸、蒙古、印尼、塞尔维亚设立常驻工作组，在美国、欧洲、韩国等地也正在部署设立机构事宜。

　　2018年营业收入192.8亿元，进出口额18.72亿美元。

　　国药国际坚持贸易和投资两种手段并举，积极介入全球医药主流市场，参与优化配置全球医药行业资源。公司代表集团与多家跨国医药企业合资创建了7家中外合资企业，与上百家全球知名医药、医疗器械和健康产品供应商建立了密切的合作关系，将多项先进技术、设备和优质产品引进了中国；公司围绕构建“双环”发展思路，积极探索和实践具有国药特色的“走出去”模式。“医药闭环”以海外医药项目为龙头，涵盖项目投资、工程建设、原料药供应、药厂运营等业务。“医疗闭环” 以海外医疗项目为龙头，涵盖项目设计、工程建设、设备配备、人员培训、设备维护、医院运营、药品配送等业务。

　　国药国际坚持国内和国际两个市场并重，积极开展医疗健康相关业务。作为国药集团统一的医疗健康产业平台，公司对内建立了全国性医疗集团、区域医院管理公司、医疗机构的三级医疗体系，并通过搭建药械集采中心、学科建设中心、运维服务中心，实现产业化运营；公司对外承担了中国政府与 70多个国家政府间上百个援外成套医疗装备、物资和医疗技术合作项目，得到了受援国政府相当地人民的广泛赞誉。

　　China Sinopharm International Corporation (Sinopharm International) is the wholly－owned subsidiary of Sinopharm. The company shoulders Sinopharm’s strategic mission of developing international pharmaceutical business, and medical and healthcare industry.

　　Sinopharm International has established business contacts with more than 100 countries and regions. Overseas branches have been set up in Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, India, Dubai, Ukraine, Ecuador, and Jamaica; resident working groups have been established in Myanmar, Mongolia, Indonesia, and Serbia. In United States, Europe, South Korea and other regions, such organizations are being deployed.

　　The sales revenue of Sinopharm International in 2018 is RMB 19.28 billion with a total Imp&Exp volume USO 1.87 billion.

　　Sinopharm International has been simultaneously developing international trade and overseas investment, and vigorously engaged in the resource optimization of world pharmaceutical, medical and health market. On behalf of Sinopharm , Sinopharm International formed 7 joint ventures with a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies,established close partnerships with more than 100 world famous pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment suppliers and healthcare product manufactures,and introduced advanced technologies,equipment and quality products into China. With the developing idea of “double business loops” ,Sinopharm International has been exploring and experimenting the”going global”with Sinopharm features. “Pharmaceutical business loop” is led by overseas pharmaceutical business,covering project investment,engineering and construction,API supply, pharmaceutical factory operation, etc. “Medical business loop “ is headed by overseas medical infrastructure projects,engaging in engineering design, construction , equipment support. professional training, facility maintenance, hospital management and medicine distribution, etc.
